Terry Schreiner

Licensed since 1993, Schreiner Realty designated broker, owner, and property manager. With Terry’s extensive experience and knowledge, he makes it a priority to assist his clients throughout the selling or buying process. Father of 5 and grandfather of 7, Terry enjoys camping, off-road riding, gardening, and home improvements.

Victoria Schreiner

Licensed since 1994, Schreiner Realty Associate Broker and Property Manager. Victoria spent 16 years in Broadcast Journalism & Television News while assisting Terry in Real Estate. In 2002, Victoria started her full-time career in Real Estate. Victoria was awarded 2017 SEVRAR Realtor of the Year by colleagues, mentors Teen Mothers in need, enjoys volunteering, off-road riding and her 7 grandchildren.

Travis Schreiner

Licensed realtor and assists in the property management division of Schreiner Realty. Travis loves cooking and dogs, and is also a spray paint artist. Travis enjoys working with families to find homes to rent and buy.

Mike Rudder

Licensed since 2015, Mike Rudder enjoys serving others in real estate and putting their needs above his own. Mike was born and raised in Phoenix and has lived in Glendale, Scottsdale, and now resides full time in Gilbert so he is very familiar with The Valley. He enjoys making fond memories, La Croix, and spending time with his wife, son, and dog.

Kirk Erickson

Licensed since 2011, Kirk is married with two young children and specialized in the Morrison Ranch area of Gilbert and surrounding area. Kirk has a heart for mentoring new agents and with savvy internet marketing skills, he is advertised as the Bacon Realtor.

Ken Purinton

Licensed since 1996, Ken is a full-time appraiser and enjoys helping family and friends buy and sell homes.
